Gave up on trying to find a local replacement for the badly cracked front bumper cover (and broken bracket) on my partner’s xA and spent $150 to order new ones off ebay. On the theory an intact black plastic bumper is better than a blue one held on with zip ties and sheetmetal screws.

So this week another xA in the same blue color shows up at our local Pick-n-Pull, and it is even a 50% off weekend.

Ha ve not yet checked, but I'd probably have to pay for shipping back, which would wipe out a big chunk of any refund.

Personally, if I had the space to store it, I’d grab the matching color one and keep the black as a backup, because there’s always the chance that the replacement could get damaged further down the road.

But that’s just my two cents. Take that as you will.
